Syntropy Cognitive

Notes

With a mouse, the text settles when you point at it or move focus to it. Logs use illustrative data.

  1. Order from noise Entropy is the drift toward noise. Syntropy is the opposite pull: structure appearing where there was none.
  2. Where a run is decided The final score records who won. It rarely records the decision that made it so.
  3. T+34:12 Likelihood of the outcome 0.71, then 0.40 inside seventy seconds. Share of the drop 0.62, one role. Queued for review.
  4. What a model cannot see A model can tell you when the odds collapsed. It cannot tell you why the move behind it was wrong.
  5. Share, not blame A share of a drop measures contribution to an outcome. It is a number about a decision, never about a person.
  6. T+21:40 Coordinated move into unobserved ground. Drop 0.18. The model points at a support role. Contested.
  7. The scarce part Annotation at scale exists for text, code and images. Judgement about a decision inside a complex game does not.
  8. One fragment, one question A reviewer never sees the whole run. They see a short fragment and a single question.
  9. T+08:05 No window crosses the threshold. The run was lost slowly. Nothing sent for review.
