Who we are

This site is run by the Syntropy Cognitive team in Warsaw, Poland. Contact: support@syntropycognitive.tech.

What the demo form collects

Your name, your email address, and, if you fill them in, your team and a short description of what you are building. We also record the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider.

Why, and on what basis

Only to reply to your request and arrange a demo. The legal basis is your request itself (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before any agreement). We do not use the details for advertising and do not sell or share them.

Where it goes

The form is processed by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and delivered as an email to our mailbox, hosted by Titan. The website itself stores nothing in a database.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation it started is active, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange. Ask us at any time and we will delete it sooner.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to support@syntropycognitive.tech. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
